The Cisco GLC-2BX-U compatible CSFP transceivers are high
performance and cost-effective Compact SFP (CSFP) Bi-directional
optical modules designed to meet Gigabit Ethernet and 1X Fiber
channel application. This 1000BASE-BX CSFP module supports 1G
bidirectional connection by using WDM technology, and can double
the bandwidth with only one optical fiber. It supports a maximum
distance of 10 kilometers through single-mode fiber (SMF).
This Cisco GLC-2BX-U compatible CSFP transceiver is suitable for
Cisco network switches, routers, firewalls, security gateway, fiber
media converter, servers, NAS, accelerator card, network adapters,
and interface card (NICs). It is compatible with Cisco
ME4600-AMX-48GE, and WS-X4640-CSFP-E, etc.
